- If using black currants, gently pull the stalks thorough the tines of a fork to remove the fruit, then remove the stalks from the grapes.
- Push all the fruits through a juicer, saving a few for decoration. Place some ice in a medium glass and pour over the juice. Decorate with the reserved fruit and serve.
