  • 2 c crushed pineapple 
  • 1 c apples peeled cored and chopped 
  • 1/2 c ice cubs 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1/8 tsp instent coffee 

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, strawberries, pineapple, apples, ice cubes, and honey, and coffee
  2. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately
  4. Makes 4 servings
