Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 1 2/3 c irish whiskey, 1 tsp instant coffee, 2 Tbsp tbsp hershey's chocolate syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract .

Ingredients:

• 1 2/3 c irish whiskey 
• 1 tsp instant coffee 
• 2 Tbsp tbsp hershey's chocolate syrup 
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 
• 1 tsp almond extract 

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds.
2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Will keep for up to 2
   months. Shake well before using.
