Ingredients:

  • 6 oz vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 8 oz silk vanilla soymilk 
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Instructions

  1. add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. enjoy!
