To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 6 oz vanilla greek yogurt, 8 oz silk vanilla soymilk, 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp chia seeds .
Ingredients:
- 6 oz vanilla greek yogurt
- 8 oz silk vanilla soymilk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
