Irish Cream

This tastes very much like the commercially prepared Irish Cream, except it seems to be a little stronger. I usually cut down on the whiskey a bit. If you can find some pretty bottles, this makes a nice hostess gift.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 4 eggs, 2 Tbsp hershey chocolate syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract , 1 1/2 c whiskey .

Ingredients:

• 1 can sweetened condensed milk 
• 4 eggs 
• 2 Tbsp hershey chocolate syrup 
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 
• 1 tsp almond extract 
• 1 1/2 c whiskey 

Instructions

1. Blend the first 4 ingredients well and then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into bottles and refrigerate for a day or two before drinking. It must be kept refrigerated.
