Egg Nog

A very dear friend who is no longer with us shared her Christmas Egg Nog recipe with me in 1980 and has become a family favorite.

Ingredients:

• 5th whiskey 
• 1/2 gal milk 

Instructions

1. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, beat and add whiskey slowly. Add milk. Mix and stir until blended. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into nog. Serve in cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. Not thick, Really good!!
