To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 1 c french vanilla powdered creamer, 2 1/2 c white sugar, 1 1/2 c unsweetened instant tea mix, 2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp ground cinnamon , 1 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp ground cardamom .

Ingredients:

• 1 c french vanilla powdered creamer 
• 2 1/2 c white sugar 
• 1 1/2 c unsweetened instant tea mix 
• 2 tsp ground ginger 
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon 
• 1 tsp ground cloves 
• 1 tsp ground cardamom 

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine milk powder,creamer,vanilla creamer, sugar & instant tea. Stir in spices. In a blender, blend 1 cup at at time, until mixure is the consistancy of fine powder. To serve, stir 2 heaping TBSP. Chai Tea Mix into a mug of hot water. Stir, sip and enjoy!!!!
