To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 5 c powered sugar, 3 c instant coffee * can use decaffeinated coffee, 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground allspice , 1 tsp ground clove .

Ingredients:

• 5 c powered sugar 
• 3 c instant coffee * can use decaffeinated coffee 
• 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon 
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg 
• 1 tsp ground allspice 
• 1 tsp ground clove 

Instructions

1. Blend all together. Store in air tight container.
   Stir 2 Tablespoon of mix into 8 oz of hot water. Adjust more or less to your taste.
