Pegs Pina Colada Punch

The early 90s, I had this delicious punch at a baby shower hosted by Peg and must say... I indulged in this punch! It has to be one of the best punches I have ever had. But I admit - tis a sweet punch. What can I say My sweet tooth rules!!
Wow, what a delicious punch. I'm a big fan of pina colada's so I knew I had to try this. It's sweet, creamy and hits the spot. It makes you feel like you're sitting on a beach on a deserted island. This would be great served at any party or just on a hot day. A great summertime drink!

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 1 small can crushed pineapple; 8 oz., 1/2 gal pineapple sherbet, 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream, 1 2-litre Sprite .

Ingredients:

• 1 small can crushed pineapple; 8 oz. 
• 1/2 gal pineapple sherbet 
• 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream 
• 1 2-litre Sprite 

Instructions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients (pina colada mix, cream of coconut and pineapple) together.
2. Add the final 3 ingredients (sherbert, ice cream and Sprite) just before serving.
