Tamari almonds

These roasted nuts are deliciously moreish snack.

Ingredients:

  • 400g raw almonds 
  • 1/4 cup tamari 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place almonds on prepared tray. Drizzle over tamari and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, or until tamari has evaporated.
  3. Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
