Ingredients:
- 6 large carrots, peeled, diced
- 2 large sebago potatoes, peeled, chopped
- 1 tbsp milk
- 40g butter, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Place carrot and potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- Return vegetables to pan over medium heat. Toss for 1 minute or until excess liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
- Stir in milk, butter and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
