Ingredients:

  • 6 large carrots, peeled, diced 
  • 2 large sebago potatoes, peeled, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp milk 
  • 40g butter, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted 

Instructions

  1. Place carrot and potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Return vegetables to pan over medium heat. Toss for 1 minute or until excess liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in milk, butter and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
