Ingredients:

  • 1/2 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks 
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, cut into matchsticks 
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, cut into matchsticks 
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves 

Instructions

  1. Combine the carrot, onion, ginger, cucumber, chilli and coriander in a bowl.
