To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 4 eggs, 200g Attiki honey reduced fat yoghurt, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 3 tsp cornflour, 500g crimson seedless grapes , Brown sugar, to sprinkle, 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted .
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200g Attiki honey reduced fat yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 500g crimson seedless grapes
- Brown sugar, to sprinkle
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Use a balloon whisk to beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, vanilla essence and cornflour. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Scatter half the grapes over the base of a 1 litre baking dish. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the grapes. Scatter the remaining grapes over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is firm to the touch.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and scatter the almonds over the top. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve warm.
