To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 4 eggs, 200g Attiki honey reduced fat yoghurt, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 3 tsp cornflour, 500g crimson seedless grapes , Brown sugar, to sprinkle, 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted .

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs 
  • 200g Attiki honey reduced fat yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 3 tsp cornflour 
  • 500g crimson seedless grapes 
  • Brown sugar, to sprinkle 
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Use a balloon whisk to beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, vanilla essence and cornflour. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Scatter half the grapes over the base of a 1 litre baking dish. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the grapes. Scatter the remaining grapes over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is firm to the touch.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and scatter the almonds over the top. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve warm.
