- Buttered toast fingers, to serve
Instructions
- Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer eggs to egg cups. Using a spoon, carefully remove tops from eggs.
- Serve with toast fingers.
