Ingredients:

  • 1/2 firm ripe avocado, peeled 
  • 125g frozen mixed berries 
  • 325ml reduced fat milk 
  • 2 tsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp LSA meal 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately.
