Whiz together banana and yoghurt with a touch of cinnamon and honey to create the perfect summer smoothie.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 3/4 cup Yoplait Vanilla Yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 banana, chopped, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon .
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Yoplait Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into chilled glass and serve ice cold.
