Coconut breeze

Ingredients:

• 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, washed, dried 
• 250ml coconut milk 
• 80ml amaretto liqueur 
• 80ml dark rum 
• 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream 
• Crushed ice, to serve 

Instructions

1. Place the strawberries, coconut milk, amaretto, rum and ice-cream in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour evenly among serving glasses. Add the ice and serve immediately.
