To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 60g dark chocolate, chopped, 60g milk chocolate, chopped, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground allspice, 1 tbsp demerara sugar , 1 litre milk, 8 vanilla marshmallows, NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Cocoa, to serve .

Ingredients:

  • 60g dark chocolate, chopped 
  • 60g milk chocolate, chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice 
  • 1 tbsp demerara sugar 
  • 1 litre milk 
  • 8 vanilla marshmallows 
  • NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Cocoa, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Place dark and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 1 minute or until melted and smooth. Stir in cinnamon and allspice. Stand for 20 minutes to cool sightly.
  2. Spoon mixture into a snap-lock bag. Snip off 1 corner. Rest the handle of the spoons on the edge of a plate to keep the bases sitting flat. Pipe chocolate into spoons. Stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Stand for 30 minutes or until set.
  3. Place milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until just simmering. Remove from heat. Divide between 1/2-cup-capacity serving cups. Add a spoon to each cup. Stir until chocolate has melted. Top each with a marshmallow and sprinkle with cocoa. Serve.
