To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 large overripe frozen bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped, 250g natural yoghurt, 185ml milk, 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream, 2 tbsp vanilla original Italian flavoured syrup , 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish .
Ingredients:
- 2 large overripe frozen bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 250g natural yoghurt
- 185ml milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla original Italian flavoured syrup
- 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish
Instructions
- Place the banana, yoghurt, milk, ice-cream and vanilla syrup in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie evenly among 2 large serving glasses. Spoon over passionfruit pulp and serve immediately.
