To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 large overripe frozen bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped, 250g natural yoghurt, 185ml milk, 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream, 2 tbsp vanilla original Italian flavoured syrup , 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish .

Ingredients:

  • 2 large overripe frozen bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped 
  • 250g natural yoghurt 
  • 185ml milk 
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream 
  • 2 tbsp vanilla original Italian flavoured syrup 
  • 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish 

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, yoghurt, milk, ice-cream and vanilla syrup in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie evenly among 2 large serving glasses. Spoon over passionfruit pulp and serve immediately.
