Instructions
- Use an electric beater to whisk the thickened cream in a large bowl until firm peaks form.
- Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of the whisky and 2 teaspoons of the sugar in the base of each of four 310ml (1 1/4-cup) capacity serving glasses. Pour over the coffee and stir to combine.
- Top each coffee with a dollop of whipped cream. Combine cocoa and nutmeg in a fine sieve and sprinkle over cream. Serve with latte sticks.
