Ingredients:

  • 300g packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve 
  • 200g tub natural low fat yoghurt 
  • 1 cup low fat milk, chilled 
  • Ice and assorted fresh berries, to serve 
  • Drizzle of honey and berries, optional 

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries,yoghurt and milk in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth. Pour over ice, crushed if preferred, between 4 tall glasses to serve. Top with extra raspberries, if you like.
