The kids will love this sweet raspberry smoothie. its so easy to make, they can do it themselves.

Ingredients:
- 300g packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
- 200g tub natural low fat yoghurt
- 1 cup low fat milk, chilled
- Ice and assorted fresh berries, to serve
- Drizzle of honey and berries, optional
Instructions
- Combine raspberries,yoghurt and milk in a food processor.
- Process until smooth. Pour over ice, crushed if preferred, between 4 tall glasses to serve. Top with extra raspberries, if you like.
