• 410g can peach slices in natural juice, drained 
• 1 tbsp lemon juice 
• 1/4 cup peach schnapps 
• 750ml sparkling white wine, chilled 

Instructions

1. Process or blend peach, lemon juice and schnapps until smooth.
2. Divide mixture between 8 champagne flutes. Top with wine. Serve.
