Ingredients:
- 1/2 large orange, cut into 2cm pieces
- 30ml gin
- 15ml Cinzano Extra Dry vermouth
- 15ml sweet red vermouth
- Ice cubes
- Freshly squeezed orange juice, strained, chilled, to serve
Instructions
- Divide the orange among serving glasses. Use a pestle to coarsely crush the orange.
- Place the gin, dry vermouth, sweet red vermouth and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
- Divide gin mixture among glasses. Top with orange juice. Stir to combine. Serve.
