Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large orange, cut into 2cm pieces 
  • 30ml gin 
  • 15ml Cinzano Extra Dry vermouth 
  • 15ml sweet red vermouth 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice, strained, chilled, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Divide the orange among serving glasses. Use a pestle to coarsely crush the orange.
  2. Place the gin, dry vermouth, sweet red vermouth and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
  3. Divide gin mixture among glasses. Top with orange juice. Stir to combine. Serve.
