Ingredients:

• 1.25L milk 
• 350g dark cooking chocolate, melted 
• 160ml butterscotch schnapps 
• Ground nutmeg, to dust 

Instructions

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until just before boiling. Use a stick blender to froth the milk.
2. Divide chocolate among heatproof glasses. Add 1 tablespoon schnapps to each glass. Top with frothed milk. Dust with nutmeg.
