To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 frozen peeled bananas, 2 tbsp raw cacao, 2 tbsp rolled oats or oatbran, 1 tbsp LSA, 1/2 cup Jalna Low Fat Greek or Jalna Fat Free yoghourt , 2 cups low fat milk or other, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 -1/2 tsp ground cinnamon , Extra cinnamon, to serve, Banana slices, extra, te serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen peeled bananas 
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao 
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats or oatbran 
  • 1 tbsp LSA 
  • 1/2 cup Jalna Low Fat Greek or Jalna Fat Free yoghourt 
  • 2 cups low fat milk or other 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1/4 -1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • Extra cinnamon, to serve 
  • Banana slices, extra, te serve 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process with the pulse button for one or two goes until the banana is roughly chopped.
  2. Process on high for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Dust with extra cinnamon and slices of banana if desired.
