Ingredients:
- 180ml Bundaberg Rum Small Batch
- 120ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 60ml Triple Sec
- 40ml Orgeat syrup
- 480ml pineapple juice
- 4 dashes bitters
- Lime wheels or wedges and mint sprig to serve
- Cubed ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl.
- Add cubed ice and stir vigorously to chill and dilute.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
