Strictly for the adults, this creamy chocolate and liqueur combination is perfect for after dinner drinks.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 tbsp caramel topping, 40g dark chocolate, finely grated, 80ml butterscotch schnapps, 4 cups ice cubes, 250ml Baileys Original Irish Cream , 250ml thin cream .

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp caramel topping 
  • 40g dark chocolate, finely grated 
  • 80ml butterscotch schnapps 
  • 4 cups ice cubes 
  • 250ml Baileys Original Irish Cream 
  • 250ml thin cream 

Instructions

  1. Place topping and chocolate on separate plates. Dip rims of four 185ml (3/4-cup) serving glasses in topping, then in chocolate. Place on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, rim-side down, and set aside for 5 minutes or until set.
  2. Divide butterscotch schnapps evenly among serving glasses. Top with ice. Pour over combined Baileys and cream. Serve immediately.
