To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 chai and vanilla teabags, 1/4 cup boiling water, 1 cup reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup ice cubes , Ground cinnamon, to serve .

Ingredients:

  • 2 chai and vanilla teabags 
  • 1/4 cup boiling water 
  • 1 cup reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup ice cubes 
  • Ground cinnamon, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Place teabags and boiling water in a heatproof jug. Stir to combine. Set aside for 5 minutes. Remove and discard teabags. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Blend yoghurt, vanilla, ice cubes and tea mixture together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
