Heres a healthy delicious drink that is simply meant to be enjoyed!

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped, 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp Synergy Natural Super Greens powder, 2 tsp honey , 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk .
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Synergy Natural Super Greens powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk
Instructions
- Blend banana, yoghurt, rolled oats, super greens, honey (if using) and milk together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
