To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped, 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp Synergy Natural Super Greens powder, 2 tsp honey , 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk .

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt 
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats 
  • 1 tbsp Synergy Natural Super Greens powder 
  • 2 tsp honey 
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk 

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, yoghurt, rolled oats, super greens, honey (if using) and milk together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
