Cooking Child Pappadums & vegie bites with cucumber-yoghurt dip

Feed the kids healthy snacks like these crunchy vegetables and creamy cucumber yoghurt dipping sauce.

  1. Combine the cucumber, yoghurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Place 6 pappadums on a clean turntable in the microwave. Cook on High/800watts/100% for 30-40 seconds or until puffed and cooked through. Repeat with another 6 pappadums. Serve with cherry tomatoes, carrot, celery.
