Chargrilled fruit skewers

Cooking Child Chargrilled fruit skewers

Everyone will love threading their favourite fruit onto a skewer and grilling them on the barbie.

  1. Preheat barbecue plate on medium-high heat. Slice 2 cheeks from mango. Cut each cheek into 6 cubes. Remove skin.
  2. Thread mango, pineapple, strawberries and banana alternately onto skewers. Line barbecue plate with baking paper (see tip). Barbecue skewers, turning often, for 3 to 4 minutes or until warmed through.
  3. Place 1 skewer on each plate. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp. Serve warm with yoghurt.
