Pack a healthy lunch-box for school with these tasty sandwiches.

  1. Spread 4 slices white bread with butter. Top with ham and alfalfa sprouts.
  2. Spread 4 slices wholemeal bread with butter. Place over alfalfa, buttered side down. Top with cheese and carrot.
  3. Spread remaining 4 slices white bread with butter. Place over carrot, buttered side down.
  4. Using a large, serrated knife, cut each sandwich into quarters diagonally. Serve.
