Ingredients:
- 1 red delicious apple, cored, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 granny smith apple, cored, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt, to serve
Instructions
- Thread red and green apple wedges alternately onto skewers. Place on a baking tray lined with foil. Brush skewers lightly with water.
- Preheat grill on medium-high. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over skewers. Grill for 6 minutes or until sugar has melted and apple has just softened. Serve with yoghurt.
