Shaped like hand-rolled sushi, these scrambled egg, ham and alfalfa wraps are easy to eat and taste great.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tbsp water 
  • 10g butter 
  • 1 Helga's wrap, quartered 
  • 20g alfalfa sprouts 
  • 4 slices ham 

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Whisk eggs and water in a bowl. Melt butter in pan until foaming. Add the egg mixture and cook, without stirring, for 20 seconds. Use a flat-edged wooden spoon to push mixture from one side of the pan to the other. Repeat every 10 seconds until the egg mixture is three-quarters cooked. Remove from heat.
  2. Divide the alfalfa sprouts among the wrap pieces. Top each with a slice of ham and one-quarter of the egg. Roll to form a cone. Wrap the base of each cone in baking paper and use tape to secure.
