  • 100g roasted sweet potato, roughly mashed 
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices 
  • 20g baby spinach leaves 
  • 20g feta cheese, crumbled 
  • 1 tbsp lightly toasted walnuts, chopped 

Instructions

  1. Spread the sweet potato over the Vita Wheat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices.
  2. Top each with some spinach leaves, crumbled feta and walnuts. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
