Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, plus 2 tbsp to roll
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp lime rind
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Process cranberries until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process, using the pulse button, until mixture comes together. Roll into 12 balls. Roll balls in extra coconut to coat.
