Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries 
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut, plus 2 tbsp to roll 
  • 1 cup almond meal 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime rind 
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 

Instructions

  1. Process cranberries until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process, using the pulse button, until mixture comes together. Roll into 12 balls. Roll balls in extra coconut to coat.
