- 12 oysters, in half shell
- 8 slices Primo Gourmet Selection Pancetta, excess fat trimmed, coarsely chopped
- 80ml balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill on high.
- Place oysters on a baking tray. Top each with the chopped pancetta and then drizzle evenly with the balsamic vinegar.
- Place under preheated grill (about 5cm away from the heat source) and cook for 10 minutes or until pancetta is crisp. Serve immediately.
