Ingredients:

  • 400g Coles spaghetti 
  • 1/4 cup Coles extra virgin olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped 
  • 2 long red chillies, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp capers 
  • 3 cups shredded ham 
  • 1 cup small basil leaves, plus extra, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook garlic, chilli and capers for 2 mins, or until fragrant. Add ham and cook for 2-3 mins, or until warmed through. Add ham mixture and basil to spaghetti and toss to combine. Serve topped with extra basil.
