• 2 tsp smoked paprika 
• 2 tsp ground cumin 
• 1 tsp ground coriander 
• 1/2 tsp allspice 
• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom 
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1. Combine the spices in a small bowl. Rub over a Coles lamb or pork roast before roasting.
