Ingredients:
- 4 pork cutlets
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon, thickly sliced
- Lemon butter pilaf
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 20g unsalted butter

Instructions
- Place pork in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of the oil, garlic, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons sea salt. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
